第307例胸闷、胸痛-原发性肺动脉内膜肉瘤-继发性肺栓塞 被引量：1

摘要 病历摘要 患者男，29岁，主因胸闷、胸痛9个月人院。患者入院前9个月无明显诱因出现活动后胸闷、胸痛，曾咯1012次，色鲜红，量少。就诊于当地医院，曾诊断为“肺炎”“肺结核”，予抗感染、抗结核等治疗，未见明显好转。后于当地另一家医院诊断为“肺栓塞”，予抗凝溶栓治疗，但上诉症状仍未缓解。
