成人散发性伯基特淋巴瘤的临床特点分析 被引量：10

摘要 伯基特淋巴瘤（BL）是一种高度侵袭性B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤，常发生于淋巴结外，临床进展快，病死率高。BL好发于儿童及青少年，成人少见，西欧和美国报道约占成人淋巴瘤的1％-2％，且成人预后更差^[1]。由于病例的局限性，目前相关研究较少。本研究回顾性分析了病理确诊的18例成人散发性BL患者，报道如下。
