锆-铝-钛鞣黄牛鞋面革的制备及性能表征(Ⅰ)——制备工艺 被引量:8

摘要 选用市场上购买的黄牛盐湿皮进行试验,通过修边、称重、水洗、预浸水、去肉、主浸水、脱毛、浸灰、脱灰、软化,得到黄牛软化裸皮。通过不浸酸鞣革工艺,运用锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂,对脱灰软化后的黄牛裸皮进行鞣制,得到黄牛鞋面革坯革,然后经过削匀、复鞣、中和、染色、加脂、填充、干燥、涂饰等工序,成功制得黄牛鞋面革。 The wet salted cattle hide from the market was used for this trial, through trimming, weighing, washing, pre - soa- king, fleshing, main soaking, unhairing, liming, deliming, bating, the bated cattle pelt was obtained. Then Zr - A1 - Ti complex tanning agent was used for the batedcattle pelt based on non -picked tanning technology, and the cattle upper crust leather was prepared. Then after process of shaving, retanning, neutralizing, dyeing, fatliquoring, filling, drying, finishing and so on, the cattle upper leather was successfully prepared.
