颅颌面坚强内固定（七）儿童下颌骨骨折的治疗 被引量：4

摘要 儿童正值生长发育期,其下颌骨骨折的治疗除考虑治疗本身的技术因素外,需更多地关注治疗方法对后期下颌骨生长发育以及牙颌面生长发育的影响.因此,儿童下颌骨骨折的治疗具有其自身特点和复杂性.这也是为什么在国际内固定研究学会（AssociationfortheStudyofInternalFixation,ASIF或AO）坚固内固定理论不断进步和完善的当今,儿童下颌骨骨折的治疗方式并不统一的原因.在儿童下颌骨骨折治疗中应充分意识到儿童与成人的差别,从儿童不同阶段下颌骨的解剖生理特点、生长潜能、损伤类型、治疗目标和疗效评价标准等方面综合考虑,制定适宜的、患者受益最大化的个体治疗方案.
