红藻氨酸致癫痫大鼠外周血调节性T细胞数量与癫痫发作程度相关性研究

摘要
癫痫(epilepsy)是以神经元反复过度同步异常放电为特征的中枢神经系统综合征,其发病机制尚未完全阐明。研究表明,癫痫的发病机制与机体的神经免疫系统功能紊乱有密切关系。CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(regulatoryTceils,Treg)是一类具有免疫抑制功能的细胞亚群,在神经系统疾病中存在Treg的异常。癫痫患儿外周血Treg增加,目前仍未见Treg数量与癫痫发作程度相关的报道。因此本研究用流式细胞术对红藻氨酸(kainicacid,KA)致大鼠癫痫模型外周血CD4+CD25+Treg进行测定,探讨其数量变化与癫痫发作程度的相关性。
