Glomus tumors are neoplasms derived from specialized cells of glomus bodies surrounding arteriovenous anastomoses.Although most of them are benign,aggressive cases have been described.Glomus tumors can be found throughout the body but are most highly concentrated in the digits,palms,and soles of the feet.It is rare in lung and trachea and the optimal therapy has not been thoroughly described.
