黑龙江省对俄农业经贸合作模式创新研究

近年来,黑龙江省对俄农产品贸易发展迅速,对俄农业合作不断深化并取得显著成效,为促进全省农业经济发展、转移农村剩余劳动力、拉动农民收入增长作出了积极贡献,逐步形成了"华信模式"、"东宁模式"、"逊克模式"等对俄农业合作模式。为推进对俄农业合作的快速发展,提出创新对俄农业科技合作模式、创新对俄农业园区发展模式、创新农业对外开放模式、创新农业产业结构模式等对策建议。

In recent years,the agricultural trade of Heilongjiang Province with Russia has developed rapidly.The agricultural cooperation has continued to deepen and has achieved remarkable results which made a positive contribution on developing agri-cultural economy,transfering rural surplus labor and increasing farmers’income.It has gradually formed several agricultural co-operation modes such as“Huaxin Mode”,”Dongning Mode”and“Xunke Mode”.It put forward some countermeasures that we should innovate agricultural science and technology cooperation mode,agricultural park development model,agriculture open mode and agricultural industry structure mode.
