关于加快对俄农机产品出口的几点思考

近年来,随着世界能源需求的不断增长,石油等国际价格价格高企,俄罗斯经济走势趋好。俄罗斯是一个农业机械使用和需求大国,特别是在俄联邦政府采取更加积极的农业发展政策促动下,合作组织与农机大户购买和更新农业设备能力明显提高,市场需求趋旺,这为我国农机制造业带来巨大商机。针对目前对俄农机产品出口中面临的出口产品档次低、性能差,缺乏规模优势,市场环境不佳等问题和制约因素,提出优化出口产品结构、促进强强联手、加大政策扶持等对策,从而扩大对俄农机产品出口规模。

In recent years,with the continuous growth of energy demand in the world,high prices of commodities such as iron ore and oil,the Russia economy trend is getting better and better.As a big agricultural country,the Russia federal government adopted several positive policies of agricultural development.The capability of cooperate with large agricultural machinery and update agricultural equipment has improved significantly.Agricultural machinery market has strong demand,which brings the huge opportunity for China’s agricultural machinery manufacturing industry.According to the restricting factors existing in Sino-Russia agricultural exports,it put forward some countermeasures to optimize the export product structure,promote co-opera-tion and increase policy support.
