我国版权质押价值评估方法研究

近年来,以版权为核心的文化创意产业蓬勃发展,日益成为我国经济新的增长点。但是由于中小文化创意企业规模较小,可用于抵押的有形资产少,融资比较困难,融资难已成为制约这些中小文化创意企业发展的重要瓶颈之一,版权质押为解决中小文化创意企业融资难提供了新的途径。价值评估是版权质押贷款的关键,因此对版权质押的价值评估方法进行研究,并对其进行适用性比较分析探索适合我国国情的版权质押价值评估方法很有必要,以期通过版权质押贷款解决我国中小文化创意企业融资难问题。

In recent years,the copyright for the core of the cultural and creative industry to flourish is increasingly becoming a new growth point of China’s economy.However,the small and medium-sized cultural and creative enterprises may be face fi-nancing difficulties because of their own small-scale and less tangible assets for mortgaging.Difficulty in financing has become an important bottleneck in the development of these small and medium -sized cultural and creative enterprises.Copyright pledge has provided a new and effective ways to solve the financing problem for the small and medium-sized cultural and crea-tive enterprises.Evaluation is the key to the copyright pledge,therefore this paper study on the copyright pledge of evaluation methods.It is necessary to carry on the applicability and comparative analysis to explore the copyright pledge evaluation meth-ods which best suits the actual conditions of China.Through the copyright pledge,we can solve the financing difficulty for the small and medium-sized cultural and creative enterprises.
