云计算影响下的黑龙江省服务外包产业发展研究

Development of Heilongjiang's Service Outsourcing Industry in the Cloud Computing Era

当前全球云计算产业发展方兴未艾。云计算技术的广泛应用给服务外包产业带来了巨大冲击,不仅增强了服务的可贸易性,而且使外包企业自身运营因"云"而变,服务外包的可迁移性以及交互性分离的特征越加明显。在此背景下,黑龙江省需要认真分析云计算对服务外包企业及市场的影响,规划或调整服务外包产业发展战略,以促进黑龙江省服务外包业借助"云经济"实现快速发展。

At present the global cloud computing industry is developing rapidly.The wide application of cloud computing tech-nology has brought the huge impact to the service outsourcing industry,not only enhances the tradability of service,but also makes outsourcing enterprises have changed a lot due to the “cloud”,meanwhile the service outsourcing mobility and the fea-tures of interactive separation of are more obvious.Under this background,the Heilongjiang Province need to carefully analysis the impact of cloud computing service to outsourcing enterprises and the market,and plan to make an adjustment in the service outsourcing industry development strategy,in order to promote the service outsourcing industry realizing rapid development by means of“cloud econorny”in Heilongjiang Province.
