血浆激活素A、超敏C反应蛋白与冠心病血管病变的相关性研究

Relationship of activin A,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and coronary vascular lesions

目的 观察激活素A、超敏C反应蛋白在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）和冠心病合并糖尿病患者中血浆的浓度,分析其与冠状动脉病变的相关性.方法 连续收集88例冠心病患者的血浆,通过酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测血浆中激活素A的浓度,并与正常对照组比较;冠状动脉血管病变程度不同亚组间进行比较,分析动脉粥样硬化、血栓负荷对血浆激活素A浓度的影响.结果 冠心病患者血浆中激活素A浓度较正常对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义[1 108.6（378.1～12 957.3）vs.470（380～550）,P＜0.0001].三支血管病变、冠状动脉闭塞和心肌梗死患者血浆中激活素A浓度稍低,其变化趋势与超敏C反应蛋白相反.结论 激活素A对冠心病具一定预测意义,可能与斑块稳定有一定关系.

Objectives To measure the plasma concentrations of activin A and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hsCRP） in patients with coronary artery disease （CAD） and CAD complicated with diabetes mellitus,and to study the relationship of activin A,hs-CRP and coronary vascular lesions.Methods Plasma of 88 consecutive patients with CAD was collected.Plasma concentrations of activin A were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and compared with normal people.Patients were divided into different subgroups by the degree of vascular lesions to study the influence of atherosclerotic and thrombus burdens on activin A level.Results Plasma concentration of activin A significantly increased in patients with CAD when compared with that of normal people [1 108.6 （378.1-12 957.3） vs.470 （380-550）,P＜0.0001].Plasma concentrations of activin A were slightly lower in patients with 3-vessel disease,coronary occlusion and myocardial infarction,where the variation trend of activin A was opposite to that of hs-CRP.Conclusions Activin A can be used as a predictor of CAD,and it may be a factor involved in plaque vulnerability.
