摘要
向镁合金微弧氧化的电解液中直接添加稀土盐,降低了微弧氧化处理过程的能耗、改善了镁合金微弧氧化膜层的表观质量。通过扫描电子显微镜及金相显微镜照片显示,膜层的厚度有大幅度的增加,表面的孔道有所减少;电化学检测得出的开路电压、极化曲线等结果,均显示了稀土盐的添加提高了膜层的耐蚀性能。
Abstract:By the direct addition of rare earth salt into the electrolyte, the energy consumption was re- duced during Micro - are oxidation and the surface quality of magnesium alloy coatings obtained by Micro - arc oxidation was also improved. The surface morphology of magnesium alloy coatings was investigated by SEM. The results showed that the film thickness increased greatly while the pore amount on the sur- face reduced.
