摘要 目的 探讨吻合血管腓骨移植修复小儿股骨近端复发性骨囊肿的疗效.方法 2006年2月至2012年8月对13例股骨近端复发的骨囊肿患儿,病灶切除后采用吻合血管腓骨移植方式予以修复,分析其手术方式及疗效.结果 本组13例随访6.0~36.0个月,平均20.5个月.经X线片检查证实,所有移植腓骨均获得良好愈合,骨愈合时间2.5~4.0个月,平均3.0个月.无一例出现骨囊肿复发.结论 吻合血管腓骨移植方式是修复儿童股骨近端复发性骨囊肿的有效方法. Objective To study the curative effectiveness of free vascularized fibular graft for proximal fem- oral recurrent bone cysts in children. Methods From Feb. 2006 to Aug. 2012, free vascularized fibular grafts were applied to treat proximal femoral recurrent bone cysts in 13 children, and the mode of surgery and the clinical results were analyzed. Results All cases were followed up from 6 to 36 months with an average of 20. 5 months. All fibular graftd healed within 2. 5 to 4 months with an average of 3 months, and no recurrences occured. Conclu- sion The free vascularized fibular grafting is an avaluable procedure to treat proximal femoral recurrent bone cysts in children.
