农民工家属参与多维综合干预对结直肠术后性功能恢复的影响

Influence of migrant workers' family participating in multidimensional integrated intervention on recovery of sexual functional after colorectal surgery

目的探讨农民工家属参与多维综合干预对结直肠术后性功能恢复的影响。方法将64例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组的家属参与整个治疗、护理过程,采用勃起功能国际问卷-5(IIEF-5)和性生活质量(SLQQ)对患者的性功能进行评定。结果观察组在IIEF-5和SLQQ的变化优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论农民工家属参与多维综合干预不仅有利于患者性功能的恢复,而且能改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of migrant workers＇ family participating in multidimensional inte- grated intervention on recovery of sexual functional after coloreetal surgery. Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group. The family from the observation group were asked to participate in the process of treatment and nursing. Then we assessed patients＇ sexual function based on IIFF-5 and SLQQ. Results The differences of the observation group in IIFF-5 and SLQQ were significantly better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Mi- grant workers＇ family participating in multidimensional integrated intervention not only benefits patients＇ recovery of sexual re- covery, but also improves their quality of life.
