西宁市城西区社区居民对社区卫生服务认知现状调查

The survey of the community residents' cognitive status of community health service in Chengxi District of Xining

目的了解社区居民对社区卫生服务认知的现状,分析阻碍社区卫生服务发展的因素,为社区卫生服务的可持续发展提供参考依据。方法定量研究和定性研究相结合的问卷调查法。结果 77.6%的社区居民知道本社区有社区卫生服务站,62.9%的社区居民认为社区卫生服务站的设备比较缺乏,31.8%的居民对社区服务满意。结论西宁市社区卫生服务的发展还存在诸多不足和问题,为此我们提出了可能有效、实用的解决方案,供政府、相关卫生部门及相关决策者参考,以期更好地发展完善本市的社区卫生服务。

Objective To study the cognitive status of community health service of the community residents, analysis the existing problems and provide reference for the development of community health service. Methods The questionnaire in- vestigation by combining quantitative research and qualitative research. Results 77.6% of community residents knew the community health station in their communities, 62. 9% of the community residents thought there be a lack of facilities in commu- nity health service stations, 31.8% of residents satisfy the community health service. Conclusion There are still many prob- lems in the developmmeut of community health service in Xining. We come up with some effective and practical solutions for the government, relevant health authorities and relevant policy makers in order to develop the community health service in our city.
