摘要
使用 GDX-5 0 2大孔树脂对水中微量烷基苯类、硝基苯类、卤代苯类进行了同时富集 ,富集后的水样用两根极性不同的毛细管柱进行气相色谱双柱定性 ,外标法定量。本方法对十四种苯系物的总平均回收率为 85 % ,相对标准偏差在 5 %以下 ,最低检测限达 3.2 5× 1 0 -9g。结果表明 ,所建立的双毛细管柱定性定量分析苯系物方法 ,具有简便、灵敏、准确、线性范围宽的优点 ,适合于水中痕量苯系物的监测分析。
The homologous series of benzene in water were enriched with GDX-102 resins. The enriched compounds were identified and quantified by double capillary gas chromatography. The mean recovery of fourteen homologous series of benzene is 85%, and the relative deviation is below 5%. The detection limit is 3.25×10 -9g. It was found that the methods of double capillary GC were simple and efficient for identification and detection of homologous series of benzene in environmental water.
