吹扫捕集-气相色谱-离子阱串联质谱法测定饮用水中26种挥发性有机物 被引量:3

摘要 使用吹扫捕集和Mars-6100气相色谱-离子阱串联质谱联用仪对水中的挥发性有机物进行同时测定。建立了一种同时检测饮用水中26种挥发性有机物的方法,该方法的最低检出限为0.0013ug/L,精密度(RSD)在1.1%~12.3%之间,回收率在87%~114%之间。实验结果显示该方法具有灵敏度高、定性和定量准确等特点。 The methed for determination of 26 volatile organic compounds in drinking water was estab- lished using purge and trap system connected with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. The lowest limits of detection were 0. 0013μg/L, the precision were between 1.1% and 12.3% and recovery was 87%-114% . The results show the method is high sensitive.accurate for qualitative and quatltalve.
