摘要
本文介绍了用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—AES)法测定TB6钛合金中杂质元素Mo、Cr、Sn、Zr、Cu和B的方法。样品采用盐酸、氢氟酸和硝酸溶解,考察了钛合金基体和共存元素对待测元素的影响,确定了各待测元素谱线分别为:Mo202.031nm、Cr267.716nm、Sn189.927nm、Zr343.823nm、Cu324.754nm、Si251.611nm、B249.772nm。选定的待测元素分析线不受合金基体和共存元素的谱线干扰。通过基体匹配消除基体的影响。选择了仪器工作参数,进行了标准物质对照试验,试验结果与标准值相符。进行了加入回收试验,回收率在90%~106%之间,相对标准偏差小于2%。
A method of determination of Mo , Cr , Sn , Zr , Cu and B in TB6 titanium alloy by inductive- ly coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was established. The sample was decomposed with hydrochloric, hydrofucoric and nitric acid, the interference from main co-existing elements were stud- ied to choose the analytical lines. The experiment of selection of analysis lines were. Mo 202. 031 nm, Cr267. 716 nm,Sn 189. 927 nm,Zr 343. 823 nm,Cu 324. 754 nm, B 249. 772 nm. The matrix effect was corrected by matrix matching. The determination results are in good agreement with standard reference materials. The recovery rate is from 90 to 106%, the RSD is less than 2%.
