摘要
低真空条件下,采用自行研制的二次靶偏振X射线能谱仪分析碳素钢中的磷、硫含量。磷含量0.011%~0.105%区间获得比较满意结果,分辨能力优于0.01%。硫含量0.005%~0.035%区间内的激发强度和浓度值具有较好的相关性,由于钼、铅等杂元素干扰显著,该仪器在数据处理上还有待提高。
Low content of phosphorus and sulfur in carbon steel can be analysed on low vacuum condi- tions using self-developed secondary target polarized XRF. Phosphorus content of 0. 011%-0. 105% range obtained satisfactory results. The distinguishing ability was better than 0.01%. The excitation intensity and concentration of sulfur content in the range from 0. 005% to 0. 035% had a good correlation. Because of molybdenum, lead and other elements significant interference, the instruments in the data processing is going to be improved.
