消费品中石棉检测技术研究

Study on detection technique of asbestos in consumer products

石棉具有高耐火性、电绝缘性和绝热性,是一类重要的工业材料。与此同时,此类物质是一种已证实的高危人体致癌物,因此,日用消费品中的石棉检测技术尤为重要,受到全球性的高度关注。本文通过XRD、SEM、EDS联用的方法来鉴别消费品中的石棉成份,该方法简单、快捷,可信度高,具有较强的应用推广性。

Asbestos is a kind of fire-resistant, electrical insulating and heat insulating material. It is wildely used as a kind of important raw material in industrial fabrication. However, asbestos has been con- firmed to be carcinogenic to human body, and to develop highly efficient inspection method of asbestos in consumer products is very urgent. In this paper, XRD, SEM and EDS were systematically utilized for de- tecting asbestos in consumer products. This technique is simple, fast and reliable.
