某钢厂COREX炉搬迁配套公辅设施方案分析

摘要 合理利用COREX副产煤气和供氧是提高COREX经济性的重要因素,针对某北方钢厂提出了一种COREX炉搬迁配套公辅设施建设方案。该方案利用副产COREX煤气产生高温高压蒸汽驱动制氧空压机并进行发电、供热。介绍了该方案的系统配置及启动方案,并分析了该方案对全厂煤气、氧气、蒸汽综合平衡的影响。 The rational use of COREX by -product gas and oxygen supplying is an important factor to the efficiency of COREX furnace.A construction plan of the public auxiliary facilities of COREX fur-nace for an iron and steel company in north china was presented .According to this plan, COREX gas is utilized to generate high pressure steam by gas boiler for oxygen -making air-compressors, gener-ate electricity and heat supplying .The system configuration and startup scheme comparison was intro-duced, and the impact to the balance of the gas , oxygen, steam was also analyzed.
