高炉除尘灰回收处理一般经加湿机加湿搅拌后直接卸至敞篷式汽车,再外运至烧结系统作原料用。日常卸灰中,因受操作水平、加湿水、汽车运输等因素制约,难免会出现二次扬尘,而通过罐车无尘吸灰技术进行矿槽除尘灰卸灰处理,可彻底解决卸灰二次扬尘问题。
