提升中国—东盟互联互通 建设沿交通线经济走廊

Enhancing China-ASEAN(Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Interconnection, Constructing Economic Corridor along the Traffic Line

互联互通是中国—东盟自贸区建设和升级的前提。中国—东盟应在高铁、泛亚公路、铁路、航空、航海、通信、信息方面实现进一步的互联互通。互联互通升级后,应建立沿交通线经济走廊,按"雁行模式"组成产业链,形成中国与东盟国家沿经济走廊的分工合作。

Interconnection is precondition of construction and upgrade of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. Chi- na-ASEAN should implement further interconnection in high-speed railway, Pan-Asia high-way, railway, airplane, navigation, communication and information. After upgrading the interconnection, the economic corridor along the traffic line should be constructed, industry chain should be established according to ＂Flying Geese Paradigm＂, thus forming work specializing and cooperation of China and ASEAN countries along the economic corridor.
