摘要
基于新经济增长理论将教育人力资本和健康人力资本引入MRW模型中并对其进行拓展,从理论上分析了教育人力资本及健康人力资本对我国区域经济增长收敛的作用机理,同时运用2000—2012年全国30个省的面板数据实证检验了人力资本的存量和流量对区域经济增长收敛的影响效应,结果表明,教育人力资本对经济增长的促进作用显著,而健康人力资本虽然能够促进经济增长,但结果并不显著。因此,要加大对人力资本的投资力度,根据各地区产业结构的特点构建合理的人力资本结构,完善人才资源配置机制,为人才合理流动创造有利条件。
This paper introduces education human capital and health human capital to MRW model based on new economic growth theory and expands it; theoretically analyzes the mechanism of action of education human capital and health human capital for China' s regional economic growth convergence, and at the same time, uses panel data of Chi- na' s 30 provinces from "2000 to 2012 to empirically test the impacting effects of stock and flow amount of human capi- tal for regional economic growth convergence. The result shows that the education human capital has remarkable im- provement function for economic growth; however, even health human capital can also increase the economic growth, but the effect is not remarkable. Therefore, the investment in human capital should be increased, and establish logical human capital structure according to features of industrial structure of each region; complete human resource distribu- tion system, so as to create favorable conditions for reasonable flow of human resource.
