国有文艺院团体制改革背景下广西演艺业的发展对策研究

Research on Development Strategy of Guangxi Entertainment Industry under the System Reform of State-owned Art Troupes

文艺院团是演艺业的主体,随着国有文艺院团体制改革的顺利完成,广西与全国一样初步形成了以企业为主体、事业为补充,面向市场、面向群众的新型演艺体制格局。广西的演艺业在文化资源、业态创新、市场开放等方面存在优势,但在市场导向、基础设施、人才队伍、产品结构等方面存在不足,建议采取培育市场主体、出台扶持政策、整合演艺资源、培养专门人才、扩大融资渠道等措施来提升壮大。

Art troupes are the main body of entertainment industry. With the successful completion of system re- form of state-owned art troupes, a new market-oriented entertainment system pattern for the masses with enterprises as main body and public institutions as supplement has been formed initially in Guangxi and the whole nation. The enter- tainment industry in Guangxi has advantages in such aspects as cultural resource, industrial innovation and open mar- ket, etc. and disadvantages in market orientation, infrastructure, talent team and product structure, etc. The suggestion on improvement and expansion is to take measures such as fostering market main body, establishing support policies, reallocating entertainment resources, training professional specialists, and expanding financing channels, etc.
