布拉酵母菌治疗婴幼儿急性腹泻病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treating Acute Diarrhea in Young Children with Saccharomyces Boulardii

目的：评估布拉酵母茵对婴@JL急性腹泻病的临床疗效。方法：以我院儿科门诊年龄1个月一3岁、大便次数〉3次／天、镜检大便白细胞〈10Ⅳ高倍镜视野的婴幼儿急性腹泻病患儿76例为研究对象，随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例，两组均给予常规对症支持治疗，治疗组加服布拉酵母茵散剂，≤1岁每次250mg，1次／天，〉1岁每次250mg，2次／天，治疗5d后判断疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率94．7％，高于对照组的76．3％（P〈0．01）。大便次数第3天治疗组为（2．13±1．22）次／天，对照组为（4．93±1．62）次／天；治疗第5天治疗组（1．65±0．52）次／天，对照组（2．12±0．96）次／天（P〈0．01）。大便性状恢复正常时间治疗组为（2．99±0．25）d，对照组为（4．32±1．04）d（P〈0．01）；腹泻缓解时间治疗组为（3．82±0．26）d，对照组为（4．43±0．43）d（P〈0．01）。结论：布拉酵母菌治疗婴幼儿急性腹泻病效果良好，且未发现明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To estimate the clinical therapeutic effect of Saccharomyces boulardii on acute diarrhea in infant. Methods： Seventy-six eases of infants with acute diarrhea （aged from 1 month to 3 years, times of bowel movement 〉3, leukoeytes in stool 〈10/Hp） in pediatric clinic were divided in two groups （a treatment group and a control group） randomly. Both groups were given common and symptomatic treatment; in addition, Saccharomyces boulardii powder （250 mg/bag） was applied to the treatment group （patients below one-year old, 250 mg eaeh time, qd; patients above one-year old, 250 mg eaeh time, bid）. Therapeutic effeets were compared after 5 days of treatment. Results： Effeetive rate of the treatment group was 94.7% ,whieh of the eontrol group was 76.3% （P〈0.01）. On the 34 day, patients in the treatment group passed （2.13-s 1.22 ） stools/day versus （4.9 1.62 ） stools/day in the control group （P〈0.01）. On the 5h day, patients in the treatment group passed （1.650.52） stools/day versus （2.120.96） stools/day in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The course of disease in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Recovery time of stools in the treatment group was （2.99 0.25 ） days versus （4.32 1.04 ） days in the control group （P〈0.01）. Diarrhea relieve time was （3.820.26） days in the treatment group versus （4.430.43） days in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： Saccharomyces boulardii has a better therapeutic effect on acute diarrhea in young children with no side effeets, which should be expanded in clinic practice.
