摘要
偏光片是液晶显示装置重要的构成元件。作为偏光片用三醋酸纤维素酯保护膜与感光用三醋酸纤维醋片基同为三醋酸纤维素酯通过流延(casting)法制得的高分子材料,但因应用领域不同导致对材料的特性需求存在很大差异。本文通过对两者的对比分析找出作为光学TAC薄膜需要关注的重要质量特性,并以此为主线对TAC膜制备技术的演进变化进行梳理及技术阐述。
Polarized boards is an important component element of the liquid crystal devices. The cellulose triacetate film for the polarized boards and the cellulose triacetate flm as photographic material support are both polymer materials made by cellulose triacetate-casting. But due to the different applications, the demands for characteristics of the materials are also different. The important quality characteristics of the TAC film were studied through comparison of above-mentioned two materials. And based on the results, technological evolution of TAC film were reviewed
