摘要
重晶石在钻井液中的悬浮与聚集状态与钻井液的性能好坏有着至关重要的联系。从钻井液中重晶石与处理剂之间的相互作用着眼,研究了处理剂FV-2、SMC、DJ-1在重晶石表面的吸附状态、吸附类型以及在不同盐度下的吸附量变化。室内实验表明,这些处理剂都能与重晶石产生吸附作用,在重晶石表面成膜,既有物理吸附又有化学吸附,物理吸附普遍存在,化学吸附则与处理剂的化学分子结构有关,但DJ-1为惰性材料,只在重晶石表面产生物理吸附,盐水中FV-2在重晶石表面的吸附量明显下降,而SMC和DJ-1在重晶石表面的吸附具有较好的抗盐能力。
General drilling fluid is a well-mixed system composed of water,clay,barite and other additives uniformly dispersed in fluid.Barite's suspending or aggregation state affect the drilling fluid's property remarkably.Adsorption station,adsorption types and quantities of FV-2,SMC,DJ-1 were studied on barite's surface at different salinity.Laboratory study showed that DJ-1 could only be absorbed to barite's surface,FV-2's adsorption capacity decreased in brine,SMC and DJ-1 have better ability of salt resistance.
