摘要
针对瓜胶压裂液成本大幅增加的问题,在塔河油田开展了替代瓜胶压裂液的聚合物压裂液研究,形成了一套满足现场酸压施工要求的聚合物压裂液体系。该聚合物压裂液具有较好的延迟交联、耐温耐剪切性能、携砂性能和破胶性能,摩阻低,每1 000 m摩阻可比瓜胶压裂液低0.8 MPa。现场选取了TH-1井等14口井进行聚合物压裂液冻胶+胶凝酸前置液酸压试验,获得良好增油效果。并且,聚合物压裂液价格比瓜胶压裂液降低了35%,有效降低了酸压措施成本,提高了经济效益。
To settle the problem of higher and higher cost of guar gum fracturing fluid,a kind of polymer fracturing fluid system was developed and applied in Tahe oilfield.This polymer fracturing fluid system had good performances of delaying cross-linking,temperature and shearing resistance,carrying cuttings and gel breaking,moreover,the friction is lower than guar gum fracturing fluid system 0.8 MPa per 1,000 m.In application,14 wells were chosen to test this system,good results were obtained and the cost was decreased by 35%compared with guar gum fracturing fluid system.
