国内外高等院校青年教师培养体系的比较

The Comparative Study for Young Teacher Cultivation System for International and Domestic University

近年来,我国高等院校青年教师的数量和结构比例不断增加,青年教师是高校发展的基础和未来,青年教师队伍的建设培养工作直接决定了我国未来高等教育事业的可持续性发展。本文重点研究了高等院校青年教师的培养资助体系,详细介绍了国内外高校的青年教师培养体系,分析了近年来我国政府和高校两个层面对青年教师的培养举措,最终提出针对目前青年教师发展培养体系的一些意见和建议,为高等院校青年教师的培养和发展提供参考。

In recent years,the number and proportion of young teachers in the higher education institutions is increased,continu-ously young teachers are the foundation of the universities development,the team of young teachers’cultivation will directly de-termines the sustainable development of higher education.This paper focuses on the cultivation system for young teachers in the higher education institutions,introduces in detail the cultivation system for young teachers,respectively for international and do-mestic university.Meanwhile,the paper analyses the concretely approach for young teacher cultivation and foundation in Chi-na.In the end,some comments and suggestions for the cultivation system are generated as references for decision making process.
