就业难视域下的大学生“考公热”探析

Exploration and Analysis on the State Civil-Service Examination Fever under the Circumstances of Difficult Employment

近年来,随着就业压力的逐渐增大和就业形势的日趋严峻,大学生报考公务员热不断升温,呈非常态势。本文从社会、学校和大学生自身等多个维度入手,深入剖析、探索了导致这一现象的深刻原因,同时提出了相应的对策,以期促进大学生"考公热"回归常态。

In recent years,there appears an obvious phenomenon （called for the exam fever）that more and more college students are choosing to take part in the state civil service examination,as a result of the gradually increasing employment pressure and worsing employment situation.In this paper,the authors focused on the analysis of several factors,including the society,colleges and college students to explore the profound reasons of this phenomenon.Furthermore,the corresponding countermeasures were also proposed to be expected to bring the exam fever back to normal state.
