摘要
文章阐述当代电脑调控无锥轮多电机粗纱机的结构,功能和作用;对粗纱机导条、牵伸、锭翼部件,断头自停装置,自动落纱装置,粗细联运输系统等技术发展和进步,作了分析和评议,提出粗纱机发展趋势;对具有发展前途、能适应高速和节能的翼锭粗纱机的理念作了讨论、研究,提出攻克关键的方案和研发方向。
The paper introduced the structure and functions multi-motor-driven roving frame, analyzed and commented of modern computer-controlled cone pulley-less on the technological progress in sliver guiding, drafting, flyer, broken-end stop motion, automatic doffing system and conveyor system between roving frame and spinning frame; discussed the concept of promising flyer roving frame featured high speed and energy-saving; and gave some suggestions on tackling key technical points.
