Analysis on the Adaptability between Specialty Setting of Higher Vocational Colleges and Industrial Development——The Case of Urban Railway Rail Transit Operation Management Specialty

深圳信息职业技术学院城市轨道交通运营管理专业建设注重与产业发展相适应,坚持"以就业为导向,依托行业建专业"的办学思路,强调岗位能力的培养,并兼顾职业素养和综合素质的提高,构建"以就业为导向,以岗位能力为主线"的课程体系。目前,已为轨道交通企业输送大批优秀毕业生,有效面向产业服务地方社会经济的发展。

The construction of Urban Railway Rail Transit Operation Management Specialty of Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College of Information paid attention to adapt to the needs of industrial development, insisted on the running idea of ＂employment-oriented, relying oil industry to develop specialty＂, emphasized the cultivation of job ability and the improvement of vocational quality and comprehensive quality, and established the curriculum system of ＂employment-orient- ed, taking job ability as the principal line＂. Up to now, the college has cultivated a large number of outstamling gradu- ates for rail transit enterprises and effectively served the development of local industries, society and economy.
