SWOT Analysis on the Mould Specialty Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges in Pearl River Delta Area and the Strategies

SWOT分析法将企业的内外部条件进行梳理分析,常用于制定发展战略。利用SWOT分析法对珠三角地区高职院校模具类专业建设的优势、弱势、机会和威胁四个方面进行分析,借鉴部分高职院校模具设计与制造专业建设的成功经验,提出以人为本,以质量为核心,坚持校企合作对接区域产业的专业建设战略。

SWOT analysis method teases and analyzes the internal and external conditions of enterprises, which are often used to formulate development strategies. By using SWOT analysis method to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of mould specialty construction in higher vocational colleges in Pearl River Delta area, this article takes exam- ple by the successful experience in mould design and manufacturing specialty in some higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the people-oriented and quality-centered specialty construction strategy, which adheres to school-enterprise co- operation and linking with regional industries.
