长春职业技术学院旅游管理专业借助示范校建设的契机,针对传统人才培养模式产生的专业建设与行业发展相脱节现象,积极推行与生产劳动和社会实践相结合的学习模式,提出"旺出淡归、工学交替"人才培养模式,打破传统学期授课制,按旅游行业特点安排学生实习实训,实施工作与学习的交替。

The tourism management specialty of Changchun Vocational and Technical College took advantage of the opportunity of establishing the demonstration school, aimed at the separation phenomenon between specialty construction and in- dustrial development to actively implement the learning mode closely integrated with productive labor and social practice. Besides, it also put forward the ＂working-learning alternation＂ talent cultivation mode and break traditional semester teaching system to arrange students to practice according to the tourism industry characteristics and implement the working-learning alternation education.
