针对苯乙烯制备实训装置建设,结合实训目的阐述装置建设思路,围绕装置组成讨论并确定各组成系统的建设方案。实践表明,按该思路和方案建成的装置,性能稳定可靠,操作适应性强,能方便用于中职化学工艺类专业化学反应器课程的理实一体化教学,提高教学效果和质量。

Constructing the training device for styrene preparation should combine with training objective to confirm estab- lishing idea and center on the device components to discuss and confirm the establishing scheme for all components. The practice results show that the device established by the above idea and scheme has reliable and stable property and strong operating adaptability, and is convenient for use in the teaching combining theory with practice of chemical reactor course of chemical technology specialties in secondary vocational schools, so as to increase teaching effects and quality.
