高职院校与中小企业合作存在问题分析——基于经济发展转型视角

Analysis on Problems Existing in the Cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises——Based on the Perspective of Economic Development and Transformation

中小企业转型升级对校企合作提出了迫切希望和要求,而目前高职院校与中小企业之间的合作存在认识和利益偏差、内涵对接不足、缺乏长效机制等问题。基于服务经济社会发展转型视角,高职院校与中小企业要深化合作,建立利益共同体,构建长效合作运行机制,提高专业、课程、教学过程与职业岗位的对接度。

The transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises is in urgent need of the cooperation between higher vocational schools and enterprises. However, the current school-enterprise cooperation faced some prob- lems, such as the deviation of understanding and benefits, insufficient connotation docking, and the lack of long-terra mechanism, etc. Based on the perspective of serving economic and social development and transformation, higher vocation- al colleges and small and medium enterprises should deepen cooperation, establish a community of interests build a long-term cooperation mechanism, and enhance the docking between the specialty, curriculum, teaching process and occu- pations.
