提高人才培养质量是高职院校进入内涵发展阶段的核心任务。建立多元互动的人才培养质量评价体系,是保障高职院校人才培养质量提升的重要手段。其具体策略是,组建多元化的评价专家库,建立多方参与的质量评价小组,实现评价主体多元化、评价内容多维化、评价方法多样化、评价标准个性化。

Increasing the talent cultivation quality is the core task of higher vocational colleges entering the period of connotative development. Establish a talent quality evaluation system based on multiple interaction is an important means for higher vocational schools to improve talent cultivation quality. Thus, it is suggested to organize the diversified evaluation experts database, build the quality evaluation group with multiple-party participation and achieve the diversification of evaluation subjects, the multidimensional of evaluation contents, the diversified of evaluation methods and the individuation of evaluation standards.
