摘要
通过研究世界城市轨道交通站场与物业开发相结合的成功经验,分析了城市轨道交通站场与物业开发相结合的3种类型,并分析、总结了上海轨道交通进行站场物业开发的情况。提出了上海轨道交通市郊线物业开发原则。结合上海市的城市总体规划及上海轨道交通的发展规划,研究分析了上海轨道交通17号线的站场物业开发的原则及模式。
Through an investigation of the successful prop- erty operation experiences at urban rail transit stations and car depots worldwide, 3 types of metro property that com- bines urban rail transit stations and property development are analyzed. Then the property development principle at Shanghai suburban line stations is proposed. Combined with the Master Plan of Shanghai and the property development strategy of Shanghai rail transit, the principle and develop-ment mode at stations and car deport on Shanghai rail tran-sit Line 17 are studied and analyzed.
