摘要
本文中利用线束频变参数和串扰系统的等效模型对电动汽车的线束串扰特性进行分析。首先测量其不同端口间的短路和开路阻抗,利用阻抗测量结果和多导体传输线理论计算得到频变参数;然后利用单线/双绞线模型近似描述电动汽车线束间的串扰现象,求出串扰电压的表达式;并得到频变电感、电容以进行仿真研究;最后在仿真和实验的基础上,通过分析信号源、线束间的感性容性耦合和端接负载等特性的影响得到了串扰特性。
In this paper,the cable crosstalk characteristics in electric vehicles are analyzed by using the frequency-dependent parameters of cable harness and the equivalent model for crosstalk system.Firstly,the shortcircuit and open-circuit impedances of cables are measured and used to calculate frequency-dependent parameters by applying multi-conductor transmission line theory.Then,a model for single line/twisted-pair is established to approximately describe the crosstalk phenomena between cables in electric vehicle and work out the expression for crosstalk voltage with the frequency-dependent inductances and capacitances calculated for simulation.Finally,both simulation and experiment are conducted,based on which the crosstalk characteristics are obtained by analyzing the effects of the characteristics of signal source,inductive-capacitive coupling and terminal loads.
