摘要
对某高压共轨喷油系统进行仿真,以揭示结构参数对喷油规律的影响。搭建了高压共轨喷油系统试验台,以对仿真模型进行试验验证;通过正交试验设计和极差分析相结合,着重研究了高压共轨喷油系统控制腔进、回油孔直径和喷孔直径对喷油规律的影响,并对参数间的交互作用进行了分析,为高压共轨系统与高功率密度柴油机的匹配提供了依据。
A simulation is conducted on the high-pressure common rail fuel injection system of a diesel engine for revealing the effects of structural parameters on fuel injection law.A test rig for common rail fuel injection system is built to perform test for simulation model verification.By means of orthogonal design of experiment combined with range analysis,the effects of the inlet and outlet hole diameter in control chamber and the diameter of injector orifice on injection rate are emphatically studied with the interaction of parameters analyzed,providing a basis for the matching of high-pressure common rail fuel system to high power density diesel engine.
