A Simulation on the Altitude Characteristics of Electronically-controlled Common Rail Diesel Engine

摘要 利用GT-Power建立并验证电控共轨柴油机及海拔模型,并对0~4 000m海拔下发动机与增压器的主要性能参数进行分析.结果表明:随海拔增加,排气背压减小,排气能量增加使增压器转速增加,压比增大,但增压后进气压力降低,进气量减少;增压器消耗功率增加,效率下降造成增压后进气温度升高.随着海拔升高,最高燃烧压力和指示平均有效压力降低,平均机械损失压力减小.海拔升高造成着火时刻延迟,燃烧放热率峰值上升,燃烧持续期延长,后燃现象严重. The electronically-controlled common rail diesel engine and altitude models are set up with software GT-Power and verified by simulation test,and the main performance parameters of engine and turbocharger under the altitude of 0 ~ 4 000m are calculated.The results indicate thatwith the altitude goes up,the exhaust backpressure reduces,the energy of exhaust gas increases and the pressure ratio rises; but the intake pressure after turbocharging lowers and intake charge reduces,in addition,the consumed power of supercharger increases and its efficiency lowers,leading to the rise in intake charge temperature after turbocharging.With the sea level increases,the highest combustion pressure and indicated mean effective pressure lower and the mean mechanical loss pressure reduces.The rise in altitude also results in the delay of ignition,the increase of peak heat release rate in combustion,the extension of combustion duration and severe post combustion.
