摘要
基于等效静态载荷法,将非线性柔性多体系统动力学分析与线性结构静态优化相结合,提出一种动态载荷下部件结构动态优化方法。推导了不同动态响应下等效静态载荷计算公式,给出了结构动态优化流程。分别采用传统的静态优化方法和本文的动态优化方法对曲轴连杆机构进行优化设计,对比结果表明:动态优化优于静态优化,为动力学系统中典型承载零部件的结构优化提供一条可行的途径。
Based on equivalent static load method and by combining nonlinear flexible multi-body system dynamics analysis with linear structural static optimization,a structural dynamic optimization technique for components under dynamic loads is proposed.The equivalent static load formulae for different dynamic responses are derived with the procedures of structural dynamic optimization given.The optimization design for a crankshaft-connecting rod mechanism is conducted with both traditional static optimization method and dynamic optimization scheme proposed.The comparison of results shows that dynamic optimization is superior to static one,providing a feasible approach to structural optimization for typical loaded components in dynamics system.
