摘要
随着城市空气污染控制压力不断增大,北京市提前实施了轻型车排放法规。对北京市在用轻型汽油车按法规进行常温冷起动试验结果表明:实施第Ⅳ阶段排放标准后,单辆轻型车的HC排放比国Ⅲ车辆降低20.7%;NO x7.1%;CO 31.4%。另外,北京市轻型车的CO和NO x高排放情况比较严重,而HC高排放车相对较少。因此,应重点加强对轻型车CO和NO x排放控制,同时促进相关汽车企业降低车辆的初始排放因子,加强车辆OBD系统对CO和NO x排放控制的监控。
With the increasing pressure of urban air pollution control,Beijing implemented light vehicle emission regulations ahead of schedule.The results of cold start test at normal atmospheric temperature on in-use light gasoline vehicles in Beijing in accordance with regulations show that after the implementation of Ⅳ stage emission regulation,the emission of HC from a single light vehicle is 20.7% lower than that from state-Ⅲ light vehicles with 7.1% for NOx and 31.4% for CO.In addition,the high emission situation of light vehicles in Beijing is relatively severe for CO and NOx while there are relatively few light vehicles having high HC emission.Accordingly it is necessary to strengthen the CO and NOx emission control of light vehicles and meanwhile to urge related vehicle manufacturers reduce the initial emission factor of vehicle produced,and intensify monitoring on CO and NOx emission control with vehicle's OBD system.
