阿德福韦酯致低钾型肾小管酸中毒1例报告 被引量:2

摘要 患者男,56岁,因“四肢麻木伴乏力10d”入住神经内科,疑诊“低钾性周期性麻痹”,经补钾、保肝、抑制胃酸等对症治疗,病情无好转,遂转入消化内科。
