摘要
讨论了四氢咔唑酮制药废液对环境的污染及危害,比较了不同氧化剂处理制药废液的氧化能力及其效果,实验研究了次氯酸钠的用量、溶液pH值、碱式碳酸锌煅烧时间等因素对氧化锌产品质量的影响,确定了四氢咔唑酮制药废液处理的方法和制取氧化锌的工艺流程及控制条件,对于环境保护和资源利用,具有一定的参考价值。
It is discussed that the waste liquor of pharmacy pollutes and harms on environment. The oxidative ability and effect of the different oxidizers are compared with treating the waste liquor of pharmacy respectively in this experiment. In addition, the influence of the quality and production on the zinc oxide is studied by the quantity of the sodium hypochlorite and pH of the solution, the time of calcination on zinc carbonate basic. That the operating condition of treating the waste liquor of pharmacy and the process of recovering zinc oxide are decided. It has certain reference value with regard to the environmental protection and the utilization of natural resources.
