摘要
本文详细论述了天津石化公司研究院开发生产的新型钛系催化剂在20万t/a聚酯装置单条生产线上的工业化应用过程,试验表明该种钛系催化剂与锑系催化剂复配使用可以有效降低酯化反应温度,降低装置能耗,同时提高切片的色相L值和熔体的可纺性,具有良好的工业应用前景。
This paper discusses in detail the industrial application of new titanium catalyst Tianjin Development Research Institute of Petrochemical Industries Co production of polyester device at 200000 t/asingle production line, test show that the titanium catalyst and antimony catalyst compound could be used to effectively reduce the esterifieation temperature, reducing the energy consumption, and improve thesections of the hue L value and melt the spinnability, has good prospects for industrial applications.
