摘要 蒸馏水自制中试装置设计与研制旨在对普通自来水、河水进行蒸馏,得到化学实验所需要的工业级蒸馏水,从而使学生通过工程实训既锻炼动手操作能力,而且还获得蒸馏水成品。并且该装置可以模拟工业甲醇、乙醇废液的蒸馏提纯。蒸馏过程实现温度自控,在进料前可使物料先作为冷却液使用,回收了热源,降低了加热成本。此外,该装置还可以用于工业废液中甲醇、乙醇等的回收装置的推广,也可以作为常、低压化学合成反应的装置,做到一机多用,功能多样。 A pilot plant was designed to prepare distilled water using tap or river water. The distilled water can be used as the chemical experiment of industrial grade distilled water. The process can not only receive distilled water products but also train the students'experimental ability. Purification and distillation of the device can simulate the industrial methanol, ethanol wastewater. Our design of this pilot plant ean realize the automatic control of flow proeess, make the material used as a eoolant before feeding, reeycle the heat source and reduce the heating costs. In addition, the device can also be used for promotion of methanol, ethanol recovery in industry wastewater and can also be used as a unit, low - pressure ehemieal synthesis. Thus it realizes one machine with multiple functions.
