摘要
飞行器对双通道旋转变压器有双余度、低重量要求,本文设计一种共环变铁心双余度高可靠、高精度的无接触双通道旋变发送机。通过合理的电磁、结构设计及有限元法仿真,成功解决了共磁路余度无接触双通道旋变发送机的设计问题。试验结果表明,该设计方法可以满足双余度无接触双通道旋变发送机的设计要求,具有较高的工程应用价值。
According to the double redundancy and light weight requirement of aerocraft , designed concen- tric magnetic road annulate transformer high reliability and high precision double redundancy brushless dual speed resolver. The problem which is on designing concentric magnetic road redundancy brushless dual speed resolver has been solved successfully by reasonable designing of the resolver , such as electromagnet- ism and structure , the finite element theory to electromagnetism. The experiment results show that resolver designed by the method satisfies the requirement of design, has high performance with intensive engineering application value.
