摘要
对质子交换膜燃料电池的核心部件———膜电极三合一 (MEA )进行了评述。分析结果表明 :目前质子交换膜燃料电池的催化剂利用率最多 30 %左右 ,膜电极三合一组件的结构并未达到最佳设计。需要研制新的电极组份 ,优化膜电极的结构设计 ,开发适于大规模生产的制备技术。
The membrane electrode assembly(MEA) was a key part of PEMFC.The performance of MEA had a direct bearing on its preparation technique.The fabrication technology of MEA had been reviewed.The analysis results showed that the utilization of the catalyst in PEMFC was only about 30%, and the structure of the MEA was not superior.In order to improve the performance of the MEA and reduce its cost,it was necessary to employ the new materials,improve the design of the MEA and develop the fabrication technology of MEA for mass production.
